Laceform ships worldwide from our fulfillment centers, strategically located to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping options

• Free Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days.
• Express Shipping + Package Protection: 3–10 business days, for $6.99.

Most orders arrive within 7 business days. Delivery times vary by destination; the ranges above cover all locations we ship to.

Delivery times are estimates, counted from the date your order is placed, and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays. Remote areas may take longer.

Order tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking link.

Duties and taxes

All prices include import duties and taxes. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees on delivery.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@laceform.com and we'll work to resolve it with a replacement or a refund.

Package Protection

Orders shipped with Express Shipping + Package Protection receive priority resolution for any shipping issue, including lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages. If something goes wrong, we'll reship your order right away, with no need to wait for a carrier investigation. To use your protection, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update your address only before your order ships.
